Speed sensor faults

11.1 Symptom: The display cannot show the speed value.

Solution:

(1) Carefully check and ensure that the connecting cable between the motor and the controller is firmly and correctly connected.

(2) Reset the display to the default settings, then ride and check whether the display shows the speed value.

(3) If the display still does not shows the speed value, replace the controller.

(4) If the display still does not shows the speed value after replacing the controller, then replace the motor.

(5) If the display still does not shows the speed value after replacing the controller and motor, then replace the display.
